UP Dashmottar Scholarship 2024-25: Application Process, Eligibility & Important Dates
The Social Welfare Department of the Uttar Pradesh Government has announced the Dashmottar (Post-Matric) Scholarship Scheme for the academic session 2024-25. This scholarship is available for students enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, or certificate courses at any recognized university, college, or institute in Uttar Pradesh.

- Last Date for Registration: 20/12/2024
- Complete Form Last Date: 31/12/2024
- Hard Copy Submit to College Last Date: 05/01/2025
- Correction Date: 29/01/2025 to 05/02/2025
- Correction Last Date: As per Schedule
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Students must be enrolled in an institution in Uttar Pradesh.
- Post-Matric 11: Passed Class 10 and enrolled in Class 11
- Post-Matric 12: Passed Class 11 and enrolled in Class 12
- Dashmottar: Enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, or certificate courses
- Annual Family Income Limit:
- General, OBC, and Minority categories: ₹2,00,000 (maximum)
- SC/ST categories: ₹2,50,000 (maximum)
UP Scholarship Documents Required for Fresh Candidates
- Last Qualifying Exam Mark Sheet
- Caste Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Bank Passbook
- Fee Receipt Number
- Annual Non-Refundable Amount
- Enrollment Number
- Aadhar Card Number
- Latest Passport Size Scan Photo
- For Renewal Candidates: Use Last Year Registration Number to Login to Renewal Section and Enter Fresh Details
For Renewal Applicants:
Applicants who previously applied for the scholarship should log in using their last year’s registration number and update the required details.
Application Process:
- For Fresh Applicants: Students who have enrolled in Class 11, 12 (High School/Intermediate) or any Dashmottar course (UG/PG/Diploma/Certificate) for the first time in 2024-25 should apply as new applicants.
- For Renewal Applicants: Students who previously received the scholarship and are continuing their studies should apply for renewal.
- Gather Required Documents: Before applying, ensure all necessary documents are ready.
- Fee Receipt Information: If the non-refundable amount is unclear, check your fee receipt or contact your school/college.
- Form Submission: After completing the application, submit the hard copy to your respective school/college within 3 days.
- Aadhaar Card Requirement: The UP Scholarship Application 2024-25 requires an Aadhaar card for verification.
