The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Combined Medical Services (CMS) Examination 2024 through Advt No 8/2024-CMS. The application process begins on 10/04/2024 and will close on 30/04/2024 at 06:00 PM. Candidates must complete fee payment by 30/04/2024. The correction window is open from 01 to 07 May 2024, and the exam will be held on 14/07/2024. Admit cards will be available from 05/07/2024.
The application fee for General, OBC, and EWS candidates is 200/-. SC, ST, PH, and all category female candidates are exempted from the fee. Payment can be made through debit card, credit card, net banking, or offline via E Challan.
Candidates applying for the UPSC CMS Exam 2024 must not exceed 32 years of age as of 01/08/2024. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/08/1992. Age relaxation is applicable as per UPSC recruitment rules.

The breakdown is as follows: Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical officers Sub Cadre of Central Health Service has 163 posts, Assistant Division Medical Officer (ADMO) in Railway has 450 posts, General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) Grade II in NDMS has 14 posts, and General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) in Various Delhi Municipal Council has 200 posts.
Eligibility for all posts requires a passed or appearing Medical Degree in MBBS from any recognized university in India. For more detailed eligibility criteria, candidates are advised to refer to the official notification.
