The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced the recruitment for Public Relation Officer (PRO) positions for 2024 under Advt No. 16/2023-24. The application process starts on March 5, 2024, and the last date to apply online and pay the exam fee is April 3, 2024. The exam date will be scheduled, and admit cards will be notified soon.

The application fee for General and Other State candidates is ₹600, while OBC and BC candidates need to pay ₹400. SC and ST candidates are also required to pay ₹400. There is a correction charge of ₹500. The fee can be paid through Cash at Rajasthan E Mitra Portal or via Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking. From April 19, 2023, onwards, only one-time fee will be charged for all exams of Rajasthan.

Candidates must meet the age criteria as of January 1, 2025. The minimum age is 21 years, and the maximum age is 40 years, with age relaxation as per RPSC Public Relation Officer PRO Exam 2024 Recruitment Rules.

There are a total of six vacancies for the PRO position. Eligibility includes a Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in journalism at the national or state level, or a Bachelor’s degree with a diploma in journalism, or a Master’s degree in Hindi or English with three years of experience in journalism. Knowledge of Rajasthani culture is also required.
