The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NIFT Admissions 2024 for the National Institute of Fashion Technology. The application process begins on 5th December 2023 and the last date to apply online is 3rd January 2024. The last date for online payment is also 3rd January 2024, with a late payment option available until 8th January 2024. The correction dates are scheduled from 10th to 12th January 2024. The exam will take place on 5th February 2024, with admit cards available from 1st February 2024. The results will be declared on 21st March 2024, followed by Stage II results on 8th May 2024.

The application fee for General, OBC, and EWS candidates is 3000/-, while for SC, ST, and PH candidates, it is 1500/-. A late fee of 5000/- is applicable. Additional fees may be required if more papers are added. The exam fee can be paid through various online modes such as debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

The age limit for B.Des and B.F.Tech courses is a maximum of 24 years as of 1st August 2024. There is no age limit for NIFT M.Des, M.F.M, M.F.Tech, and Ph.D. courses, with age relaxation applicable as per NIFT Admissions 2024 guidelines.

For the B.Des and B.F.Tech courses, candidates must have passed or be appearing for the 10+2 intermediate exam from any recognized board in India. For M.Des, M.F.M, M.F.Tech, and Ph.D. courses, candidates must have passed or be appearing for an undergraduate degree from any recognized university or institute in India.
