The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) UGC NET Exam for June 2024. The application process began on May 1, 2024, and the last date to apply online is May 27, 2024. Candidates must pay the exam fee by May 27, 2024. A correction window is available from May 29 to May 31, 2024. The exam, initially scheduled for June 25-27, 2024, has been postponed to July 25-27, 2024. Exam city details will be available on July 16, 2024, and admit cards will be released on July 22, 2024. The result date will be announced soon.

The application fee is INR 1150 for General/EWS candidates, INR 600 for OBC candidates, and INR 325 for ST/SC candidates. Fees can be paid through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

For the CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Exam, the age limit for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is a maximum of 28 years as of June 1, 2024. There is no age limit for Lectureship (LS) or Assistant Professor positions.

The NTA CSIR UGC NET Exam June 2024 offers subjects including Chemical Science, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Science, Life Science, Mathematical Science, and Physical Science. Eligibility criteria include an M.Sc or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks for General/EWS candidates, and 50% marks for OBC/SC/ST and PH candidates. Integrated course and B.E/B.Tech/B.Pharma and MBBS candidates are also eligible.
